How to Book
The easiest way to schedule your appointment is to do it via our online booking system here. That way you can see the availability of therapists that are currently accepting new clients.
For the profiles, information, and videos of all our therapists (including the ones whose schedule is currently closed), please click here.
If the availability online does not meet your needs, please call our office, and our intake coordinator will help you book an appointment or put you on a waitlist for your preferred therapist/s.
Alternatively, you can email us by clicking here.
After you book an appointment, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of the appointment. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or the “Updates” tab in Gmail and drag the email to the main Inbox folder.
Within the next few days after booking, your therapist will send you an email with all the details you need to know prior to the appointment, including the link to the intake and consent forms for you to fill in prior to the appointment (filling these in advance will save you time during your session), the link to the video call, and instructions on how to send an e-transfer.
The email will also contain the therapist’s email address and phone number so that you can contact your therapist directly if you have any questions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do it by clicking the “Cancel or Reschedule” button on your automatic confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: There is a two-business-day cancellation policy in effect. Please make sure to cancel on time to avoid cancellation fees (full session fee). For example, if you have an appointment on Monday, you must cancel it by the previous Thursday.
Please note that even though we require a credit card upon booking to secure the appointment, the payment is done via e-transfer prior to the session.
If you are booking an appointment for your child or teen, we recommend that you plan to attend your first appointment yourself (without your child or teen). This is an opportunity for you to share your observations and concerns, and to share the relevant family and developmental history.
You can read more about what to expect at your first session here.
