OCD Tips of the Day
Instructions on how to use OCD tips of the day:
Choose one tip in the morning and use it to guide your day. The next day you can either choose another tip or continue practicing the tip that you chose until you are ready to move to the next tip.
The tips are arranged by categories, but it is more beneficial to alternate the tips from various categories. To do that in an organized way, you can select the tips moving vertically from top to bottom starting from the top left corner of the page and going down. Then move to the next column.
And if you are the person who doesn’t enjoy systems, then just pick any tip (you can do it randomly) and follow it for a day or two. It doesn’t matter how you do it as long as you continue practicing on the way to your recovery!
To print: Select all the tips and print in landscape mode.
